Shipping

How long does shipping take? Canadian orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days. US orders arrive in 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Is shipping really free? Yes — free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the US, no minimum required.

What if it doesn't work for me? We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not happy with your results, email us at Lalumecare@gmail.com and we'll sort it out — no questions asked.

How do I start a return? Email us at Lalumecare@gmail.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Products

Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Yes. Every product we carry is free from harsh sulfates, parabens, and artificial fragrance — formulated to be gentle enough for daily use on sensitive skin.

Are your products cruelty free? Yes. We do not test on animals and only carry cruelty free formulas.

How long until I see results? Most customers notice a difference within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Skin barrier repair and hydration improvements are typically visible within the first week.

Can I use multiple LaLume products together? Absolutely — our products are designed to work as a routine. If you're unsure which products to pair, email us and we'll recommend a routine for your skin type.

Orders & Account

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us at Lalumecare@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet we can make changes. Once it's shipped we're unable to cancel but our return policy still applies.

I haven't received my tracking number — what do I do? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at Lalumecare@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
