All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product descriptions are made in good faith, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, or error-free.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment card details.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
